Patrice's apartment is quite accommodating and luxurious. The furniture is high-quality, there's plenty of space, and the rooftop deck is a jewel - to have a deck and hot tub in the middle of such a busy neighborhood is a treat! The natural light is fantastic for this location - essentially two walls of windows. Most places in the Plateau will have only one wall with any windows. The location is also perfect. It's a 2-minute walk to busy Mont Royal street and a 5-minute walk to the Mont Royal metro, yet the location itself is situated in a very quiet location. You'll need to climb a flight of stairs to enter the apartment and another to reach the bedroom - was not a problem for me. Overall, enjoyed my stay very much.

Patrice was a welcoming, responsive and professional host. The Condo Loft Plâteau was even better than advertised. The condo was immaculate and felt even more spacious than the pictures let on. A numeric punch code provided easy access and Patrice kindly left bottled water and snacks on the counter for when we arrived. Le Plâteau, the surrounding neighborhood, is both charming and hip, with the Mont-Royal Orange Line just blocks away. Patrice responded immediately to questions, and the condo’s shower / bathtub / rooftop hot tub put this AirBNB in rare company.

Our experience was amazing from check in to check out. Patrice got in touch prior to our check in with the necessary information so that all we had to do was show up and settle in to the apartment. The apartment was beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. It was also spotless and comfortable. The location is on a quiet street but still within walking distance to two metro stations, stores and restaurants. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We would give it five out of five stars.
